Captain Dave Becwar has been with the Sacramento Sheriff’s Office for 25 years and has served as a committee member with Pigbowl/Guns and Hoses for six years. His favorite memories of Pigbowl are the camaraderie and reuniting with friends he hasn’t seen in some time. He says everyone is in good spirits, coming together for a great cause that benefits our local community.
